If I could give these folks a negative 10 star review I would!!! If these folks are managing your property, you might want to check on it. They rented a property in my neighborhood for one of their clients. They rented to a 6 man work crew. The unit they are managing and rented out is a 1260 Sq ft condo with 3 bedrooms. The Occupancy Law states no more than 3 unrelated adults in a 3 bedroom. They rented to 6. Those 6 brought 6 more. Those 12 brought 4 to 6 more people. We had 6 to 18 people at one time in one unit. Those people have trashed our neighborhood. They have taxed our sewer system to the point that toilets and sinks are backing up in our building. Our HOA and attorney are having to get involved because of the trouble, trash, and extra vehicles these people have brought to us. How??? How in the world does an award winning company not know the Occupancy Law??? Inexcusable!!!! Their tenants have already had State Troopers raid the home due to some of their activities. They have now "inspected" said property and are having the tenants clean up and comply. What about OUR neighborhood??? The sewer system being over worked, the gas that's leaked onto one of our parking spots, the continual trash everywhere, and the taking up of visitors' spots. The constant cat calling and general uncomfortable element their tenants have brought to our quiet and safe community. They knew exactly what they were doing. They did this for the almighty dollar without any care nor concern for the people around the unit they rented. They have placed the homeowner in a horrible position. They now have fines from the HOA and have to deal with the destruction that has occurred to the home. SWERVE AT ALL COSTS!!!! If they handle your property, just know that they will stick revolving work crews in your home without any care nor concern for you, your property, or other homeowners around your unit. How dare them!!! How absolute dare them do this to us, our homes, and our community!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!! SWERVE!!!!!!! They have blatantly violated the law and OUR Civil Rights!!!!

Just moved in less than a week. Things that we noticed needed fix was handled immediately soon as the work order was put in. So far by far I’m happy and impressed with everything. Patty’s been amazing with getting us in this new place and I’m beyond grateful!
Katie has been the best to work with she has cared for me and my family and taken care of every one of our concerns and gone above and beyond for us. I moved into an older rental almost a year ago with my two young children and she has gotten so many repairs done on this property and a lot of the repairs were very extensive but she has always handled things quickly and truly cares about my family and myself. Thank you so much Katie.
Charlie is just the best maintenance guy in the world! He comes out in a timely manner and always explains things and what they’re going to do to get the problem fixed and he’s always very precise and quick! Thank you!
We have applied waiting on everything and I will have to say Charlene and Patty has been very professional and extremely nice. We hope all goes well and we get approved on our home we are wanting .

Do NOT rent from this company! If you do decide to- expect to get none of your deposit back. They sent an email and immediately implemented a $40 fee to pick up dog poop at the townhouse I was renting (on top of the monthly pet fee) which was never even put in the lease and I never once saw any sort of company cleaning up after pets. They will charge you a fee for anything they can think of including a mandatory $400 flea treatment fee even though my dog died 4 months prior to me moving out. I broke my lease and was told that when it was rented out again (which was 2 months later) that I would only owe the rent due until it was rented out again. Got a collections bill in the mail today for $12,000!!! When I only owed $3000 in rent. The miscommunication that goes on in their office is another huge issue, I had a water leak where they cut a giant hole in the ceiling of my unit and it was left open for over a month even though they said it’d be fixed that week.
Whatever you do stay away from this company- they are NOT worth the hassle. I have tried emailing and calling them multiple times now with no response so I thought I would warn others to stay away.
***Just wanted to update that after being ignored by them multiple times when I left messages with the office and also sent emails- I posted this review and got a call from management within 24 hours. There was no resolve- do NOT rent from this company. They will come up with multiple bogus fees and expect you to just pay it with no questioning.
I will be telling everyone I know NOT to rent from them, I suggest you do the same!
Marie and Patty have been extremely helpful. After a long move, we had one minor hiccup that they smoothed out for us quickly and professionally.
